Life's Colors

When compared to the eternal
Glorious picture of all things
Life's colors we pick are trivial
For the vast contrast that each brings

When a life's candle dims
And darkness soon threatens
What matters brightly beams
The colors come of heaven!

 For each color that we pick
Let it have an eternal purpose
That when we become sick
These colors will still serve us

Let us paint our lives with care
To be clean and welcoming
For the blessings we will share
As closer to heaven we're becoming

The Race of Life
